OPERATIONS · SYSTEMS · SMARTER FOLLOW-UP

Your business shouldn't need you to remember everything.

I help small business owners sort out the work nobody sees: what happens after a lead comes in, where information gets lost and which tasks keep landing back on their desk.

We can work together in English or Spanish.

I know this work because I've done it.RetailEcommerceLead follow-upInventoryDay-to-day operations

Show me how the work really gets done.

I don't need a polished presentation. Show me the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp message, the sticky note and the task everyone keeps forgetting.

01

Start with one recurring headache.

Maybe leads wait too long, the same information gets entered twice or you have to ask the team for updates all day.

02

Fix the way it works.

We remove unnecessary steps, decide who owns what and make the handoffs clear.

03

Use technology where it earns its place.

If a tool or automation won't save time, reduce mistakes or make the work clearer, we don't add it.

A lead can look promising and still go nowhere.

The form comes in with useful details. Then the answers sit in one place, the conversation starts somewhere else and nobody is quite sure what happened next.

I help put those steps in order so the agent has the information and the follow-up still feels personal.

See how we can start

AFTER SOMEONE FILLS OUT THE FORM

1
Save their answers once

Budget, area, timing and buying goal stay with the contact.

2
Let the agent know right away

The important details are there before the first call or message.

3
Keep the follow-up going

The first reply is quick, but the conversation doesn't stop there.

4
Check the status without asking around

The team can see what happened and what still needs attention.

The problem wasn't lead volume. It was everything after.

One real estate team was receiving inquiries from paid campaigns. The answers were there, but someone still had to sort them, spot the priority leads and make sure the right person followed up.

I helped bring those steps together so the information was easier to use and less depended on someone remembering the next task.

Client details stay private. I won't publish the company name, tools, internal process or performance numbers.

I'm Iliana. I come from operations, not software sales.

I've been the person checking the numbers, solving the schedule, following up with the team and trying to figure out why a simple task took so long.

I spent years working with retail operations, staff, sales, inventory, ecommerce and reporting. I know how much time gets lost when nobody is sure who owns the next step.

I work with Shopify, Clover, Homebase, CRM platforms and automation tools, but I don't sell a favorite app. I look for what fits the business and what the team will actually use.

I'm based in South Florida, and I work in English and Spanish.

We can start with one problem.

You don't have to rebuild the whole business. We can begin with the task that keeps wasting the most time.

What is taking too much of your time right now?

Tell me the messy version. You don't need to organize it first. We'll start with one task, one handoff or one follow-up problem.
